"Come, come, whoever you are.
Wanderer, worshipper, lover of leaving —
it doesn't matter,

Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Come, even if you have broken your vow a hundred times,
Come, come again, come."

Dear Friends,
This is an evening open to everyone who loves whirling or is curious about trying this beautiful form of movement meditation. Our evening is not led by a teacher but is more of a sharing of experiences and knowledge with those who would like to try and explore their own ways of whirling.
We start with a circle time to ground ourselves. This is also a time for questions and sharing of knowledge. This is followed by 45 minutes of music. Some of us whirl all the way, some of us move in and out of it, some of us move in different ways or simply choose still meditation. Invitation is to be who and how you are at that time. All is loved! At the end we share food, poetry and our experiences and stories if we wish.
This is a community event and donation only to cover the costs. Help with setting up and packing up is appreciated.
Location is St Matthew`s Church Hall, Lower Summerlands, Exeter, EX1 2LJ
The start time is promptly at 7.45 pm. The doors will be open from 7.15 pm onwards. Please bring some food and poetry to share.

With love
